The study aims to identify the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam and its impact on Egypt Sudan. This is based qualitative method, reached results most important were that Egyptians feel they are being targeted in their national security, intervention of regional international countries help Ethiopia build dam an attack Egyptian security. considered a threat water security threatens source which financial depends. Sudan's attitudes have varied since beginning construction work 2011, from initially refusing accepting after realizing would not harm interests. recommends need resort arbitration through neutral third party or competent court accept implement decisions. also indicates it possible reach agreement regarding specifications operation direct negotiation.
